It's easy to apply for membership and pay your dues online using Paypal. You do not even need a Paypal account. Here is what you need to do:

• Select the "PDF", Microsoft Word or HTML format

• Print the application, fill it out and mail it to the address on the application You can send a check made out to "Parrot Heads in Michiana" or continue with the instructions and pay by Paypal.

• To pay by Paypal, return to the application page and choose the type of Membership you want (either Single or Family).

• New members joining after October 1 will be considered current through December 31st of the following year

• Follow the instructions, have your credit card ready, and pay your dues by Paypal.

• You are now an Official Member of the Parrot Heads in Michiana.

• Now sit back, have a margarita, and enjoy all the benefits you will have by being a member.
