It's easy to apply for membership and pay your dues online using Paypal. You do not even need a Paypal account. Here is what you need to do:

• Select the "PDF" format application choice and wait a few seconds for the online application to load on your computer.

• Complete the application and select the "Submit by Email" button in the top right hand corner of the form.

• Follow the instructions for the type of email account you use. This will email your completed application form to us.

• If you prefer, fill out the application, print it off and mail it to the address on the application (Can't use a PDF? Applications are also available in Microsoft Word or HTML). You can send a check made out to "Parrot Heads in Michiana" or continue with the instructions and pay by Paypal.

• To pay by Paypal, return to the application page and choose the type of Membership you want (either Single or Family).

• Pick the current month you are joining in, as dues are prorated to October for your first year or partial year of membership. For instance, if this is June, and you are joining as a Single membership, choose the Paypal button that says "Single (Apr - Jun)".

• Follow the instructions, have your credit card ready, and pay your dues by Paypal.

• You are now an Official Member of the Parrot Heads in Michiana.

• Now sit back, have a margarita, and enjoy all the benefits you will have by being a member.
