Business Meeting start time will now alternate each month.
Members present voted to alternate between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. start times for future business meetings. Some summer meetings may be moved to Saturday evenings.

Future Charity Events
Urban Adventure- July 25th. Volunteers need to arrive at the Parkview 7am. Event begins at 8 am and runs until noon. Free beer after at Potawatomi Park Pavillion. Mike handed out waivers at meeting for volunteers to sign.
Food Drive- August 22th ; Bittersweet collections will go to Mishawaka Food Pantry, Erksine to go to Northern Indiana Food Bank. Pet supplies will go to Pet Refuge. Bittersweet will have a “Battle of the Boats’ competition between managers, Chris and Groucho. Also, they will be selling hot dogs. PH share of proceeds to Pet Refuge.
Groucho is an honorary member to satisfy Martin’s house rules on charity events. Martin’s may do advertising for food drive. Volunteers will work shifts. 9am-2pm is the collection time
Cardboard Boat Race- Club will continue to donate to cause but not compete
Spikes—Aug 1st Triple Fund Raising/Awareness Event. Don Middlebrook. $800/table of 10
Heart Walk- OCT 4th. Eddy St. Commons 2p.m.-2:30 p.m. Kirk will have more details later.
Empty Bowls-Decision to have a Tropical Trivia night instead of soup dinner. Confirming the hall at St. Peter’s will still work and how the alcohol sales will be handled. Beneficiary to be River Bend Cancer.
Other
August 15- Cubs/White Sox Bar Hop in Wrigleyville. Take the South Shore into the city. Catch a game or just visit the bars. Anyone interested, meet at the SB airport at 8:30 am to catch the train. Maybe stay overnight? Check with Brad if you are interested.
Sept. 12th Wawasee Golf Club- Outing is set.
MOTM- less than 100 days to register
October -PHiM birthday party with Thom Shepherd at KW North
November 23-26- Sharkeys’ shared the good news that Wyatt Cooper Sharkey is expected around Thanksgiving!
December -Christmas party- Eagles again- Date: December 12th is booked with Eagles.
End of Year donations to go to Christmas Commandos, Salvation Army, Real Services and Shop With a Cop
5 months remaining for President/ Treasurer/ At Large positions. Please help if you can!
2016
January- Corvilla -Foot Golf Tournament that we may want to participate in. Sharkey will get details.
February- Ice Golf on Simonton Lake- Brad will get details.
April- Look into having a “Crawl for Cancer” either for SB or go to one in Indy
